I also leave a blessing of encouragement, so you can have strength to move forward and overcome this turbulent world that we’re living in today; and a blessing of testimony, so your growing testimony can influence the lives of everyone around you, and your sympathy and your love for them can help them see that the Savior loves them, so you can be an instrument in His hands.

Sometimes we need extra blessings in our lives.
When an Apostle of the Lord invokes a blessing upon us, that's comforting. That's welcome. And that's needed.
We live in a chaotic world. And it's not getting a calmer. In fact, just the opposite. I don't know how bad it's going to get before the Savior comes again. All I know and all I can do is get as close to Him as I can and help those I love and those around me do the same. That's ALL I can do.
I'm going to worry about things, even though I shouldn't. I'm going to be a bit scared, even though I shouldn't be.
But courage is not the absence of fear, it is doing what you know to be right in spite of being afraid.
Doing it anyway. Even standing alone.
I think that'll be my new motto...."do it regardless". I may not have the motivation, I may not have the energy, but with the Lord's help, I can do it regardless. I can do anything with Him by my side. I just need to act and behave in such a way that He is by my side in the first place.
