When you spiritually stretch beyond anything you have ever done before, you will be led by the Holy Ghost to know exactly what you should do.

The key take away from this video that struck me rather hard was that I needed to spiritually stretch beyond anything I've ever done.
To take care of our physical bodies, we need to exercise. And before exercise, we need to stretch our muscles. This prevents injury by lengthening our muscles and thus prepares the body to get stronger through exercise.
I liken this analogy to stretching spiritually to prevent spiritual injury or even death. Also to prepare my spirit to get stronger through spiritual exercise.
Spiritual stretching, to me, consists of pondering on eternal or gospel matters (appropriate thoughts), praying to Heavenly Father, and putting myself into positions where the proper exercise CAN be done. This means going to church, going to the temple, listening to uplifting music watching appropriate shows, reading good books, and surrounding myself with positive people.
This will then allow me to exercise by doing those things that will strengthen my spiritual muscles....my faith.
