This is one of my favorite quotes by C. S. Lewis. This is exactly how I must always view the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that this gospel is the truth. I know God created a Plan of Salvation for me specifically. The Book of Mormon is the truth. We are blessed to be led by the mouthpiece of God today. I know this all beyond a doubt just like I know that the sun will rise tomorrow.
However, what I don't always remember to do is view everything with the lens of the truth, the gospel, i.e., through the eyes of God, or at least try to.
Through the truth, that is the gospel, I can see everything because it shines its light on everything just like the sun. I can then see it all if I choose to do do. I have to look. Many times, I do not, mainly because of the easiness of the way, or because I get distracted.
