Take excellent care of the front end of your day, and the rest of your day will pretty much take care of itself. Own your morning. Elevate your life.

I've been getting into this concept a lot, especially since I do not want to get out of bed after a night full of lackluster sleep.
But....I think this is a cycle. I don't sleep well and so my fatigue is greater during the day and then magnified by my condition, making it even worse. Then, I don't sleep well that night. And it starts all over again.
So if I wake up early and take care of my front of the day, I will not be as fatigued (at least after a while), and then I will sleep better at night, thereby, allowing me to better wake up early the next morning.
Anyway, the concept is called the 20/20/20 rule. 20 minutes to exercise, 20 minutes to meditate, 20 minutes to study and learn. Of course, this can be customized. But the point is to do those 3 things every morning to anchor the rest of your day.
