Perhaps, at times, we see ourselves as a little less than we are. Unworthy. Untalented. Nothing special. Lacking the heart, mind, resources, charisma or stature to be of much use to God. Welcome to the club! You may be just the person God is looking for.

I know I'll be amazed if I can get a glimpse of how Heavenly Father see me. I'm sure I'll be astounded.
Can you even fathom what Heavenly Father thinks of us? I don't think we will even come close to understanding our worth.
That inspires me to be better. That inspires me to try harder to live up to that potential. If only I could see myself the way that God sees me, I would immediately quit holding on to things that mean nothing in the scheme of things.
Why do I do that in the first place? Why do I hold on to things that mean nothing eternally? That's what faith is. Faith is living up to a potential that Heavenly Father sees in me but I don't see in myself. Just knowing that He knows should be enough. How do I strengthen that?

My first step is learning more about Him in order to know more about me and who I really am.
