As faith and holiness decrease in this fallen world, your need for holy places will increase. I urge you to continue to make your home a truly holy place, and be not moved.

Another important lesson I took from conference, was the importance of making my home a holy place of where I can stand. I've learned, I'm sure many of us have, the importance of making my home a place where the spirit can dwell. With the inability over the last year to visit meeting houses or the most holy place, the temple, my home has been the only holy place to take refuge from the storms of life.
I'm sure that wasn't a coincidence either. That means that something is coming to where sheltering will absolutely be necessary in our homes, and not from a pandemic either. Spiritual shelter will be essential. Spiritual storms are coming. This physical and temporal storm was just a warning, I believe.
So, making my home a house of order, a house of prayer, and a house God, is a priority for me. It won't happen immediately. It will take time, effort, and dedication. But working towards that end is crucial.
